Demon Waltz
A downloadable game for Windows
The world of demon waltz is being erased.
Naturally, you oppose that kind of thing, and are compelled to save it.
With your allies you will, with any luck, save the world and discover the intentions of its villain in this short rpg about making things, growing up, and candycorn. Inspired by Space Funeral, Hylics, Middens, Bat Castle, Barkley, and a bunch of other stuff I enjoy.
Features:
* About 3 hours.
* Secrets!
* Three endings.
* Fight your foes with the trusty microplastic blast or by reading a tasteful poem.
* You can date the leprechaun if you feel like it.
* Fight the science wizard, the violence mouse, even the twinkle horse.
* Game will periodically compliment you.
* What even is a bunten anyway?

Hi, awesome game, rather few complaints, will "review" later, but this is a bug report (I can't find you via discord, as linked on this page) for TWO issues (incredible value):
![]()
First, attempting to teach Lord Bunten the Wet Spellbook is futile. This is because attempting to use said spellbook on him turns it into a Mint Spellbook, which either teaches him the wrong spell - or is redundant from learning, - Mint Beam.
Second, I believe the Galaxy Door in the screenshot attached to this message is bugged (in the "Inverted World"). Whether I have one or two extra Galaxy Keys, unlocking this door and attempting to enter it just spits me back out at the door's "overworld" entrance.
If this is intentional let me know so I may self-flagellate at my bad secret-finding skillz.Other than these two things, awesome and pretty cohesive game. It is funny that entering the secret codes earlier than you should know them can lead to some sequence breaking cutscenes though.
i can't figure out how to progress past the first area, i really like the artstyle and i want to see more but i'm stuck :(
Solution, if you still need it:
The sailor lives in a cardboard house. He'll sail you across the sea if you have a ticket. Thankfully, there's a store in town that sells them. There's no one right way to get enough money to buy one! If you're struggling to afford a ticket though, you should know that there are many trashcans with money. Including one with quite a big sum south of town! It's through a cave which has a locked door, but if you poke around the buildings you should find a key to open said door without much trouble.
thank you so much!
Played a little under an hour of the game and so far I am enjoying the characters and theme! Im absolutely enthralled with the style! There may be a sliiight difficulty spike with the minigames. Overall I think this is absolutely rad!
